Thanks to Coach Austin, these ladies learned some fun and practical methods for self-defense this semester.

It's no surprise that these diligent students were all quick studies in the theory and execution of Killin' It 101.

​

As modern scholars, they'll tell ya - it's important to keep your mind AND body limber.
